Our balanced approach to Community Development involves engaging with all members of the community to identify the critical issues in all societal seven categories and understand how they impact different groups.  This model provides for a full contextual representation of the community in relation to its needs, wants, desires, and growth opportunities.  The use of this model allows for the proper and balanced use of change in communities for us now and for our children and their children.  We  work collaboratively to develop innovative and effective solutions that address the root causes of these issues.  We believe in creating long-term, sustainable change by empowering individuals and supporting community-based initiatives..  These initiatives promote social and economic development.
