The Gate represent a phased, principle-based process that guides a community or region from assessment and alignment through activation, implementation, and long-term sustainability. As each gate opens, it unlocks the next stage of progenerative transformation.
This pathway intentionally interacts with the S7 model, which outlines the seven critical societal systems: Education, Financial Systems, Spiritual Wellbeing, Research, Value Chain Commerce, Governance & Security, and Health & Social Services. As a project moves through each gate, it is assessed against the status and strength of each of these pillars. This ensures that transformation is not isolated or imbalanced, but holistic—targeting root causes, leveraging local strengths, and reinforcing the interdependence of all societal systems. Together, the S7 and Gate models create a roadmap for deep, systemic, and measurable change.
